Quality Organization

  • Proscaff is authorized to provide engineering services, Professional Engineers Ontario Certificate of Authorization number 100147542.
  • Scaffolding Products conform to the requirements of ANSI/SSFI SC100-5/05 and Canadian standard CSA S269.2 M87.
  • We use materials 100% tested in accordance with ASTM and CSA standards, approved procedures, trained personnel and flawless execution.
  • The welding procedures are developed in accordance with American Welding Society requirements, AWS D1-1.
  • ISO 9001 certified production process.

  • Traceability. Materials and products are tested and validated. All production lots are traceable to manufacturing conditions and raw materials.
  • Feedback: we continuously monitor and measure our quality performance through inspections, audits and product testing.

Why Our Products Are Better?

  • Cold weather: Our scaffolding is tested for impact at -40 degrees Celsius.
  • Welding: The welding process is approved and strictly controlled with regards to procedures, personnel, machines and materials.
  • Scaffolding wedges: our wedges are made for a strong material and last for at least 160 jobs without significant deformation. The life span is at least 4 times more than the competitionÂ’'s.
  • Full traceability: every product is traceable to material and manufacturing conditions. Material certificates and in-process manufacturing records are linked to the stamp applied on the products.
